Thanks, Higgie, and everyone! I will definitely have to test drive the GT, as long as they have an auto on site. Like I said, I'm a long-time fan of American muscle, so of course, V8s are a definite favorite of mine. It should be a fun weekend nonetheless.

I actually wanted a GTO for a long time....but couldn't get past the price. The laws of supply and demand should have made it a steal, but alas. So, I'm looking elsewhere....!

May I ask new 05 owners, without being too nosy, what kind of APR to expect on a 60 month loan? I have wonderful credit (got 2.9% on my current GMAC loan, which is my only debt), so would expect to be rewarded with a low interest rate...but then again, this a popular car and Ford doesn't need many incentives right now.

I don't own a Mustang now, but working on getting an '05 GT for my 50th b'day in Dec., hopefully way sooner.
I test drove one a few weeks ago, and man was I hooked!! That was a beauty! I want a white. auto trans, with
dark charcoal int, with IUP, and anti theft. That car idled so smooth, you hardly knew it was running. It drove smooth, too.
You HAVE to drive one...you'll be hooked for sure then. Good luck!!
