New to Mustangs, but not tuning.
Hello folks,
My name is Darrell and I recently purchased my first Mustang. It's a 2004 40th anniversary, it's red and has 48k miles. It's also a five speed. It's the first car I've owned which was NOT an Acura. I used to be really big into tuning cars until my 1997 supercharged GSR was stolen. I then bought a 1992 Integra and used it for my commuter. This past weekend I purchased the aformentioned Mustang and I love it. It's only the V-6 but it has more HP than I'm used to on a bone stock vehicle.
A little more about me, I'm 25 and for the last 7 years have been serving in the United States Air Force. I hold the rank of Staff Sergeant (SSgt) and am pretty grumpy to my students, which is why I picked the name thegrumpysergeant. I also work part timeat a local cigar shop, so if anyone ever wants to talk cigars or ask anything, Ican help. Anyway, enough babble about me. I've heard really good things about this forum and how the members are very nice and knowledgeable. I will do my best not to ask a bunch of stupid questions.
