This is the x-pipe you need. http://www.uprproducts.com/mustang-o...x-pipe-05.html
Exhaust does not affect the drivetrain warranty.
We don't have emissions testing / laws here in Florida. I'm running that same x-pipe on my 3V GT here in Fort Myers.

Would also like to note that I have changed my exhaust numerous times. O/R, Resonators, Muffler deletes and the combination there of... O/R Pipes, will make the car louder but a cat makes it sound better. This is of course my opinion, but if I were to do it all again (and eventually I will) it will be with LT Headers, high flow catted H-pipe, mid-mounted 40 series flowmaster and SLP or equivalent tips. Though that theory is flawed cause Flowmaster doesn't offer a dual-in/out original 40 series.
I've had
Flowmaster AT w/ stock cats - too quiet
MAC Boomtubes w/stock cats - not bad
Flowmasters w/ Offroad H - sounded terrible
MBRP w/offroad H - TOO LOUD!
MBRP w/ stock cats - not bad (My current setup)
and I agree with Menace, I would do the long tubes only with an offroad mid pipe and the stock mufflers.
Welcome to the forum by the way!
