Hello Everyone on Mustang Forums,
I'm Craig I live in Oregon and just bought a low mileage Roush 428R. I did the 30,000 service on it, and completely detailed it out.
My first drive I was very surprised how quick it is for only 435 HP. It is a manual and is an absolute kick to drive.
Is it just me or does every person with a halfway hopped up car including the little Subaru's just want to race you every time they pull up next to your mustang. I'm in my early 40's, I bought the car to enjoy and take to car shows, not to race these twenty something punk kids that think they can earn some bragging rights beating a Roush. I don't usually bite on their invitation. (I said usually)
Cheers,
Everyone

It's a lot of fun when you know the cops love to sit up the road and someone wants to race you so you go quickly up to the speed limit and then just go the speed limit and watch the cops lights turn on and go after the other car.

I'm 70 and love to race to a point. I don't condone going stupid fast in traffic and crowded roads but do enjoy the occasional airing it out. I also do the get to speed limit trick and watch the other guy get the ticket. It's all part of the fun.
