Default Trunk liner

The liner inside the trunk backing up to the rear seat has detached on top close to deck lid. There are two studs that coincide with cut outs in the liner. What fits over the studs to hold the liner up (in place). Thanks for any help you can give me.

It might help to know what model year and if you have a coupe or convertible.

And posting in that section for your model year you get more responses that are meaningful.

Mine doesn't even have anything to attach to in that area. The fasteners are
behind the rear seats for most of that. My liner is off here and there too, lots
of places that could at least use velcro....

More information please, year, make, model and some detailed pics would be helpful to solve your issue.

Default Trunk liner fasteners

It's a 1989 GT convertible. Here's a couple photos.

Autoparts store sell those push in clips which will hold that piece.
What are the studs? Are they metal or plastic? If that part with the studs is just a flat piece of metal and not part of a "box" you can drill them out and push in those plastic clips to hold that part firmly.
Something like this:

You can get those clips in the "Help" section at Advanced Auto, just ask one of the clerks for what you are looking for, they will know where to tell you to find them.
