Hey..2000 GT with a weird problem.
Hello everyone. Just a quick run down, im val, new member here. I purchased a 2000 gt last october for a decent 3k. Lean title and 150k miles. Heater core was bypassed so i was able to get it a bit cheap.
it has steeda underdrives and shifter.
Cobra flywheel and clutch, found out the hard way when I had to replace it.

The problem I have is on a high rev pull, when I shift for 1st to 2nd and sometimes even 2nd to 3rd. Its almost like it sucks air or the engine losses a spark or compression. I can rev it out, shift, and it does it as im letting out of the clutch, did it hard today and i was wondering if anyone has had this problem or had some tips. Ik it has a tune on it due to the fact that it is straight pipe with an offroad prochamber, no mufflers..🤣.. And it doesnt throw a code. CEL works, it has me stumped. I shift, let out of clutch, and almost as if the engine dies for a sec and comes back to life.
