Default problems

Hi, I have a 2006 4.0l convertible. Does anybody know how to fix this problem?
After I parked it and went to start it nothing happens. Just the dash lights come on and the throttle body clicks. nothing else works. no electrical.
I tried to reset the "security relearn" on it many times but that did not work.
I also tried to reset the door locks, no good either.
No fuses are blown.
I have two keys, tried both, no luck.
Please any ideas?

thank jopas

If it's an auto it's possible the gear position sensor isn't working so the car may think it's in drive when you're starting it. With a manual there's a similar sensor that detects if it's in neutral so the vehicle isn't started in gear.
