hi i need help with my car i drove it one day and it drove fine then all of a sudden i went to start it and nothing acted like the battery was dead but i had 13.2 volts i checked all the fuses had to replace 2 but that wasn't the problem but when i try to turn my lights on the parking lights only come on but if i hit the unlock/lock button the flicker then come on and all my dash lights flicker and my radio wont turn on the car wont even crank over have no ideas think maybe computer problem but i think its a wiring problem but those lights and locks are on different circuits but any help would be appreciated

also, give better details. Is this a no crank, no start issue? is it a cranks, no start? or is it a idontknowhowtousepunctuationsoimgoingtoblamemycars computerbecasueidontknowhowtododianostics issue?
