I have long tube headers on as well so not sure I can even put cats back on but just trying to see so my car isn't illegal forever, thanks

What do Illinois emissions inspection require? Visiual, PCM scan, tailpipe sniffer, etc?

No sniff test or whatever but they hook it up and make sure the O2 sensors are reading

Then they will see the rear O2's are disabled and fail you. Without cats, if you enable the rear O2 sensors you'll get a Check Engine light.

You may want to go with Hi-flo cats vs catless.
