There’s no magic number to set base timing at since every engine is different. I know guys who run at 14 degrees and I know guys who run 9 degrees. The key is to avoid detonation. If your running fine with out detonation then back your timing up 1-2 degrees and you'll be safe. Especially with 110 petrol.

 

for every 50 you do retard timing 2 degrees minimum

 

why are you wasting your $$$$ on 110?... 10 degree on a 50-75 shot using 93
