When you are running boost to a motor where can you pull vacumm from? I have my intake all plugged off and was looking at a vacuum pump for my brakes. I was thinking about running a line to my suction pipe,but wasnt sure if that would be enough vacuum. I am looking to start my motor for the first time next weekend. My cam lift is .599 in .588 ex. Any ideas for pulling vacuum? This is my first supercharged engine so this is one of many questions to come.

 

you dont use your brakes while the car is making boost. as soon as you let off the gas you go right into vacuum and the brakes work fine. ive never had any problems with my sc mustang and stopping
