intercooler question
I just want to clarify here. When Nanaki says you'll pop the motor if the boost cooler malfunctions thats ONLY if you have upped the boost, or added timing to take advantage of the added octane and lower charge temps. If your running low boost already, with no methanol, and you throw methanol on it and don't add timing or boost your in no danger of damaging anything should it fail to operate properly.
I personally wouldn't tune more aggressively based on the trust that the boost cooler is going to do its job EVERY time. I would just be happy with the lower charge temps which should yield good power gains alone.

I have a dynojet wideband a/f gauge. Whenever I am into it, I keep an eye on it. If my meth kits stops functioning, it will go real lean real quick.
