KB has dyno charts on their site with runs at increasing timing. The point of diminishing return was about 25 degrees. No real HP gain after that on the 3 valve. That is why their 3 valve kit is at 25 degrees.

ahh i dont i have a 3 valve. well then i say get the kit, strapped it on and do a run or two on the dyno to check hp and check afr. if you gain hp, great

 

What are you running, you're certainly pulling good power out of it!

you have no idea. lol i remember when i drove it home after buying it. thought it was the fasted thing ever. that lasted about 2 weeks
