Magnapacks are straight throuh mufflers, kinda like glasspacks. Magnaflows are rectangular in shape, and have a design for good hp (not as much as the packs) without the noise of a completely straight through muffler. I have never ever heard of someone running an h pipe on magnapacks, and i dont suggest you be the first person to do so. Prochamber is cool, but for the packs, i would go with a bassani/upr/bbk x pipe

I will be running a Mac H-pipe w/ magnaflows soon... The magnaflow X was too weak sounding...

Well im not exactly sure where you can get the Magnaflows or the Magnapacks ro, but to answer your other question, the packs are the loudest mufflers on teh market. Probably not THAT much louder than your one chambered flows, but you will definitely notice a difference in tone. If your exhaust isnt loud enough in your opinion, then i definitely recommend the Magnapacks.

Any muffler shop can order them for you. Check out Obsolete's 5.0 with Magnapacks, it sounds completely insane. I love Packs.
