It is strange how you always see ragtop in the posts having to do with stingers? hmm

hey captain..i also have a stock 99 GT,

i am going to get an O/R Hpipe, ive heard they have throatier tones than x pipes
and also a Borla Stinger catback

I have been told that the H pipes that say long tube, or short tube, are for just that >>having the headers when you install the midpipe
as far as finding a H pipe, i have only found MAC prochamer,, same as ragtop, that will fit stock

And as far as headers, i dont think they will be worth your money, no offese, but im asuming you dont know too much mechanically about cars ( i'll admit it ) so headers will run you ALOT like 1000 for purchase and install.....for just sound and low end power loss...wait for that

When I was looking for a setup, no one suggested borla to me on this board, cept one member who has the stingers on a cobra. Mustangexhaust ppl said the stingers should sound good. But no one on this site was runnin the stingers. I think its really cool that just within like a months time that a few more members on this site are goin with the stingers, b/c i do think they are badass and different. Like i said when i was tryin to find info on the stingers, info was scarce/nonexistant on this site, so i do my best to help ppl w/ in the same situation i was recently lol

 

yeap! and now i have stingers too.. just dont have any exhuast vid's yet to let people hear how they sound on stock H pipe and cats... i want headers and a X pipe!!!

No offense but where are u all people shopping for long tube headers? i bought my BBK long tubes for 300 bucks and a lil over 5 with installation. but i think they were a good investment personally car sounds really good. BBK long tubes with o/r Hpipe and flowmasters
