anyone running this set up I need to know the serpintine belt size belt size
it is an 88 fox 306 v1 s-trim 3.33 pulley on head unit 8 inch renegade crank pulley. ford racing a/c delete and a 93 cobra water pump pulley. I have tried an 82" 83" 83.5" 84"
the 84 will get over all the pulleys but not enough tention allows tentioner and water pump pulley to touch. all of the others i couldnt get over the pulleys. I even tried putting them on with the tentioner removed to see if it was the belt or not. and all of the other pulleys are stock size. and I am putting the belt on acording to vortech instructons.

where is lucky thirteen he ran a similar set up once before the twin turbos?

 

I had the same problem with my powerdyne, I acually removed my tensioner and installed a long bolt on the alt bracket on the bottom with double nut and backed the nut out to create tension, my belt was an 84 1/8 had the same problem with the tensioner and the water pump rubbing. I havent had a problem since hope this helps

 

I still cant get it to stop rubbing and I am running an 84" belt
