I've been out of the country for a month, and my battery died in my stang. After charging it up, I took the car out for a drive. I never noticed that the vacuum used to run so high. From what I recalled, the gauge would run around 10 in vacuum, but out cruising on the highway today I noticed it running around 18-20 vacuum. Does this seem to be too much vacuum for a Procharger P1SC at 8lbs? The performance doesn't seem to have changed any, but I never remembered seeing it dip much below 11 while out of boost. The system also has a bypass valve from the 2005+ Procharger kit venting to the atmosphere.

you are going to see vacume on your guage when cruising because you are not in a boost condition. That seems just fine considering your mods. Not sure if that will change with weather.
