so i have been driving around with the stock catted mid-pipe and about 2 feet of 2.5" tubing welded onto the back, with a turn-down right in front of the axle. Its loud, but not unbearable. I am considering switching to magnapack cat-back with an off-road x-pipe, and was wondering if anyone knew if it would be louder or about the same? if its too loud i may go with the 15630 magnaflow cat-back

My guess is it will be about the same in terms of how loud it is, but with a much cleaner and meaner sound. Going to any style of off road pipe will exponentially increase loudness, but adding mufflers which you currently don't have will give you a better tone. I'm sure there must be at least 100 examples of what you want to do on youtube, check there.

yeah i have seen hundreds of vids on youtube, but its hard to judge volume in a comparison setting. didnt know if anyone had any firsthand experience
