hey guys i have an 06 gt, and when i make it back home in a couple of months i wanna install a vortech supercharger, hot rod cams, and a ford racing throttle body. my question is how much should it cost to install the cams and the supercharger and how much hp/tq can i expect to get?

 

Seems like Brenspeed quoted me around $1000 for the SC install and like $600 for cams. I went with the Roush kit and did it myself.

 

dang i didnt expect it to be that expensive. o well i bought it already gotta pay for it haha.

 

Yeah, get the cams installed if you dont know what your doing, but honestly a supercharger setup is pretty easy to install. Id just do the supercharger yourself..

 

yea i plan on tryn it out myself it doesnt seem to complicated. i have a guy thats gonna help me out to. do u have any idea how much hp/tq i could get from this??

 

just depends on your tune and other mods, and how much boost, id range it from anywhere from 60-110 hp depending on everything else.

not an expert though hah

 

i think im only gonna do like 9 psi. ive been reading that if u get ur tq above 400 ur push rods snap cause the stock ones aparently are like paper.
