I recently purchased a 2010 4.0 V6 5 speed with an xcharger, big six cam, headers, cold air intake, true dual straight exhaust , and they said it had been "custom tuned". That is all the info I have about the engine. I would like to put something like some flow masters on it to quiet it down a little but I dont know if this would affect the tune or damage the engine. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

It won't affect the tune at all to change the mufflers.
Post up a picture. I know many of the "X-men" so wondering whose car you have. I miss my 2006 Xcharger Xtreme convertible. Nothing beats the scream of the Xcharger at WOT
