snow performance boost cooler, yah. give them a call. i talked to some lady who totally knew her shat. i was about to propose to her.
Are you talking about the washer fluid injection or an actual heat exchanger? If you talking about the washer fluid injection, let us know how it works for you, I have also been considering it.

I was considering it for my 86 GT but, I am in a de-tune mode now. Have you looked any at the potential of corrosion based on the materials in your build?

it seems to me that the boost cooler would be the best. of course thats a biased opinion because i run the mr. freeze methanol kit from afm. where as inner coolers and after coolers only reduce boost temps, the methanol kits reduce temps just as well, it also adds octane to the engine. methanol, i have read is ~110octane. so running such a high octane you can safely add more timing and more boost....and thats not even taking into consideration the cooler boost charge will would allow you to add more timing and more boost.
afm says that their kit drops boost temps up to 60* and allows you to add 9-15* of total timing. i would imagine that the snow kits would produce the same results.

long story short, boost coolers chill the boost air, and add octane to the fuel
an inner/after cooler only chills the air
