Has anyone swapped out to the GT shocks / Springs? How different was the ride and feel?

not sure about the gt components, but many people have gotten aftermarket springs and shocks/struts. the ride in my car is prety nice, only thing is i have to trm bumpstops bc rear end dies over every bump in the road, and here in orlando, roads r god-awful

Since the GT is heavier in the front, there is some question as to whether or not the GT springs would make the V6 sit higher. A good article on springs and related components can be found on the Stang Suspension web site:
