Default tires were causing vibration

Come to find out it was my rear tires making vibrations, not my Spydershaft. My Mickey Thompsons are shot and one had a big chunk of metal buried in it. Probably the cause of my vibration. I need a good pair of tires that will last longer than these M/T's. Any advice on a good pair of tires that will give me the traction I need, but last longer?
I've got my stock tires back on and no vibration, but I need more traction.

M&H drag radials! The 275/50/17's are nice. I've got over 3k miles on mine and they have a few more left in them, maybe 2k more.

Will the nitto 275's fit my stock rim or should I get 255's?

sorry about the tires but i'm sure glad you got it figured out(and it wasn't the driveshaft)
does toyo make anything good? they are starting to push the drag tires but i don't know of anyone using them or their D/R's
