Should the bumpstops be snipped after lowering?

RE: Should the bumpstops be snipped after lowering?
I'd appreciate any comparison photo. I can't picture anything lower than mine other than sportlines. I can't say I am not happy with the drop (I actuallylove it) but I guess I can never leave well enough alone....I think most of my problem is the fact that the roads around here are horrible. If it take it on the one smooth stretch of four lane we have I can't feel anything.

I believe Energy Suspension makes a bunch of different shapes and sizes in polyurethane. I was considering the aftermarket bumpstops as an option as well. I'm glad the discussion finally brought out a few that say they are hitting. I was feeling kinda lonely there for a while....

Thanks for the pics. Mine looks comparable with yours although its hard to judge with the different tire sizes. I'm sure the tire diameters are pretty close. I actually wishsomeone would make convertible specific lowering springs for these cars. For priorbodystyles spring companies like Eibach list a different part number for the vert applications. Steeda has a seperate distinction for their GT500 springs, but for the regular S197 they don't. Figures.

This is the frpp spings, 1.5 inch drop so they claim.
I have a 28 inch tire on the back in this picture.
I'm just kidding. Here's the frpp springs.

Thanks. There is nothing better than a good comedian. That's just what I need to combat the frustration of not being able togive my new suspension a thorough test drive. Old man winter won't go away!!!![:@](insert mild temper tantrum here)......
