Hey, I just recently within the past few days have noticed a creaking noise when i turn the wheel to opposite ends while stopped. It's not the power steering hiss or whine and I have narrowed it down to where I don't think it's the tires. It def. seems like maybe the spring is creaking or something. I'm thinking alignment maybe. I just noticed it but it honestly could have been there since new. Any ideas???

This is funny, because I too have just started to notice the same thing. 20K miles, and a very faint noise. I just cant track it to one area.
