Default silicone grease

Where are you guys buying your silicone grease from? I've looked online and can't find anything resonably priced. I've tried searching, but it's still not working.

Hi jz,

You do not need silicon grease for your bushings. Any 100% synthetic marine grease in an appropriate weightwill work just fine andwill notdamage your bushings. Anyhydrocarbon chemist can confirm this for you or call and ask any of the major bushing makers as they will also confirm this fact. Go toyour local automotiveparts house or any of the big chains and buysome Mobil 1 100% synthetic marine grade grease, it comes intubes forgrease gunsor insmall tubs. I've been using the stuff on bushings for years and it works perfectly. I live in sunny SoCal soI know it works in the heat and being a100% synthetic greaseI have to assume it works in the cold just as well. You need to read the packages and lookfor the word"marine grease" or it will not last as long or be water proof.
