Default will they fit?

just got a set of cobra wheels that were on a '03 GT (17x8). they are real nice and would like to use them for track days (17" tires are cheaper then 18"). my question is i know they are the same bolt pattern, but will i have any problems with back spacing, or hub centering. i don't think running 275's all around will hurt me much. any suggestions?

forgot to mention that they are the 5 spoke cobra wheels (polished).

PM RodeoFlyer, I think he runs the same rims on his track tires with no issues.

Those are 24mm offset.
The 05-09 uses a 45mm offset for the 17x8" OEM rims.
They will stick out 21mm or about 0.825 or 7/8" more
than the 05-09 17x8s.
It is not too much and looks kinda good.
Nice score....
Pics please after installation??

275 17s on 8" wide rims is kinda pushing it.
I am thinking of getting 275/40-18s for my 8.5"
wide rims and its tough if you follow the tire
manufacturers rim size recommendations for a
275 wide tire.

It could end up looking like this:

they actually came with 275's (worn down) and they look good and the side wall is not stretched to much. i may go with 255's, not sure. i tried one on today at the front end and it cleared all things concerning. i will post soon, they are perfect polished and no curb rubs for $300.

i have a set of 265s on 17x8 96 cobra rims.. (+29 offset i believe) and there is definitely some more room if need be.

edit: sorry didnt read carefully. those are on the back, not sure about up front.
