Default Handling upgrades for '10 GT

I have a '10 GT with Eibach lowering springs, Shelby front strut tower brace,20" wheels with Michelins tires and 4.10 gears. I'm quite happy with the handling, but are there any easy mods that I can make for a fairly low price that would give me a good bang for my buck? The rear sway bars look rather weak, would stronger ones make a difference?

They're great.

I make both bars stiffer than stock, but the rear gets relatively stiffer vs. the front. Both are also adjustable. Track pack cars have stiffer rear springs and a bigger rear bar (non-adjustable). You have springs already installed, doing the bars would just help the balance that much more while making the car more crisp, responsive and roll less.

You can do a the rear bar only if you wish not to have the adjustment and big stiffer front bar, and just want more rear roll stiffness.

Stock rear bars are too small relative to the front. We increase the front by about 10% on full soft, the rear by 25% on full soft vs. the Ford OEM bars on a non track car. This right away results in less understeer, and you can dial more and more out if you stiffen the rear bar (not an option on most rear bars). The combinations are many since both bars are 3 way adjustable, giving you 9 different setups vs. no choices with non-adjustable bars, or 3 settings with bar sets that are only front adjustable.... and mine are also both hollow which saves weight.
