I should be able to put a bolt through both ends of each bar and figure out my correct length for my new bar from that. Basically adjust the new bar to the length of the old bar before I put it on the car
Easiest and most reliable way of matching length that I can think of. Just use large enough (and long enough) bolts to avoid "tipping" them in the OE sleeves as you set the new PHB over them.
