Camaros, chargers and challys are all good snacks on the tapas buffet of cars but they all give me heartburn after I eat em up they always come back for more... Can't I understand why they are such sadist in humility

Ok so here is my question to those gt500 owners. Everytime I see a car comparison, mainly the HPE650 Comarro, GT500 KR, and some southern boys modified Chal, the GT500's always get smacked for having ****ty tires. How have your cars responded to sticky street tires? In that comparison, the gt500 had way more power than the cam and it got smacked in the 1/4. The chal almost beat it in handling becuase it had some suspension rework and real sticky tires. What do you guys say.

By the way Lifter that is an awesome looking ride. How much rwhp do you think you have now?

Yea I hear you on the boat anchor, I added weight with the wheels so now I need to get rid of it with the driveshaft also.

Great statements and speaking for myself since switching from the Goodyear eagle f1 super rock tires to my bfg kdw ii nt tires the difference is huge...so yes sticky tires are awesome...
As far as those Modded camaro and challys doing better remember we are not comparing apples to apples then.... You can mod the suspension, boost and power on these things fairly cheap and they run in the 10's with a good driver fairly easy...but anyone can build a faster car

Cheft, yea I guess the apples to apples is a good point. They did say "oh the markets best aftermarket tuners". I wouldn't really say the KR is shelby's version other than a factory upgraded model over the regular gt500. I mean on the cam and chal, those companies went to high perforamnce suspensions tires and all the other goodies. That KR was none other than a vehicle I could see sitting in a showroom. So, had they put the some nice tires on and maybe a good set of springs and dampeners it would probably had been a world of difference.
