Welcome and congrats on the new car.
I believe you have the SVT Performance Package based on your wheels. I believe the PP version of the GT500 come with improved Gen2 versions of the Good Year F1 Supercars, which should be pretty good tires.

Ya it has the SVT Package and the tires seem to do well when heated up some or after a normal drive. I have been doing some research and since my only other S197 experience was with my 06 Roush stage 2 i wasnt accustomed to having a car spin through 3 gears. After studying some i found out that much of that side to side motion (rear steer) on hard acceleration is because of the flex in the LCAs and UCA so i plan to upgrade those for improved handling other than that i am loving the car and havent felt the need to do some addons yet... but i am sure it will come soon lol.

Sweet ride! That's the first one w/ the Performance Package I've seen in "public" hands. Nice. If you ever find yourself taking your wheels/tires off for some reason, how about roll 'em over a scale and report how much they weigh.
