Driver vs Passenger Side - Oil Separator Debate
Hey all
2015 Mustang Ecoboost...Reddit/Google results and customer service reps are giving conflicting answers on passenger vs driver side blow by. Which one needs an oil separator worse?
Passenger...right?
I reached out to a few vendors...here are my results:
LMR says " I spoke with my tech guy and confirmed that the driver side oil separator is more beneficial than the passenger side. "
American Muscle says " You're absolutely right about the necessity for having one on the passenger side since that's going to be the real place you'll find all that "blow-by"
JLT says " The driver side is the PCV (dirty side) and typically the only side needed. "
Thank you!

Now I'm reading it depends if your car is F/I or N/A, which, from my understanding in my case = turbo or not.
As I posted before, the video, you have the ECOBOOST, use the dual valve catch can as shown.
IF you do not, then just the passenger side.
The PICTURE shown is a V8 Supercharged engine, not the same, AT ALL.
