I think Chicane sells that size pulley. Or, you could take your current pulley to a machine shop and they could make a smaller one for you off the dimensions of your current one. You don't need to change anything else, exept a bigger fuel pump. Your car has an X pipe with Borlas, and is good to go there. All you need to do is the pulley, the pump and then tune it. You'll want a 255 litres per hour pump.

Birdieman, thanks so much for your help. This forum is luckey have people like you. I called superchips and they sent me to custom superchips, they gave me a number to a mustang shop in Fl. They said they would have to send me the tuner and some additional wire. The wire is to find out the saleen file, that way they can get the tuning correct without problems. Does this sound right? You would think a shop would have file. I could not tune it til i get the file back to them and they make me a custom tuner. Is that what you did?

Well, I use a MAF tuner with a digital wideband air fuel ratio guage, which puts the tuning in my hands, which I prefer. But what you are doing is fine. Remeber to upgrade your fuel pump, as well.

Birdman I see you do your own tuning. I'd like to do it myself also when I get my 05 S/C. Do you make WOT runs, record the info and then make adjustments? Thanks.

At some point, yes, I do WOT runs. First thing I do is to try to formulate a calculated conservative guess where the initial MAF tuner settings should be. The MAF tuner I use has 4 dials on it, corrosponding to 4 different rpm ranges. It makes it very easy to get a smooth fuel curve. I work my way up through the rpm ranges, tuning from the lower rpms up. Then comes the wot runs, and then I can start to fine tune it. With a laptop, I can change the % perameters of each dial, and instead of a 1/4 turn of the dial making a 5% change in fuel going in,(good for general tuning), I'll set it to 1%, and fine tune it. You can get extremely presice this way. Then, if you wanted you could take it to a dyno and 'verify' your tune. At that point, it is hardly necessary. The digital wideband tell all.

hey nice to meet you, i have a similar car the mods i went with are
chicane pulley (joe knows all)
aviator pump ( drop the tank put the pump in the bowel )
lighting maf (mass air meter out of a lighting you will peg the stock mass with pulley and fuel pump)
3:73 gears (little kick down low)
chciane cold air or make a mac one ( i belive you have a series 4 blower so Jlt makes a nice kit for your car and hell match the cold air pipe to the color of your car)
off road pipe h-pipe or x-pipe ( the h has a more abnoctus sound, the x is more of an excotic sound, dont know how your laws out in your state but here in mass they dont care, with an off road pipe youll need mill elminators so the check engine light dosent come on)
sct tune( i had mine done by a dyno shop here in mass the burned the chip on the dyno calibrated the gears and made soem improvment on my computer's tune)
long tube heards , youll have to get the coresponding mid pipe to match the headers, with those mods you shoould be in the 380 range
