yeah its not like its pouring out or anything, it just leaks out when i fill it up for the next week and im finally tired of buying transmission fluid and just want to fix it. how would i go about that? if its the gromet (sp? is that even what the things called?) how would i replace it, and is there an easier way?

Yup, there is round seal cheap fix. only hard part is bolt that holds dipstick tp block. Been in for awhile or when replaced some knucklehead used a impact gun.

there is a O-ring on the end of the tube that presses down into the tranny housing, if you can unbolt it, either replace the tube (whcih has new O-ring) or pull tube and replace ring.

Is there an easier way to pull the trans fill tube to replace either with new tube or repair with new O ring without removing H pipe and O2 sensors underneath and auto trans pan?
