The only thing Speed Density cares about is the cam. The larger throttle body is fine. You can change the other stuff without any drivability issues including supercharging.

Have you already removed your air intake silencer? Remove it for a little HP. Add a performance air filter.

Port or get a ported lower intake manifold if you ever take it off for any reason such as changing/upgrading heads.

Bump up the timing to 14° BTDC if you haven't already. Get an aftermarket chip maybe. Toss on a MSD ignition box for improved efficiency and better emissions.

Hi. A 65MM tb would work fine. It is only worth a couple of horsepower unless you do other mods. Basic mods such as a Cobra intake, shorty headers, u/d pullys, cold air kit, etc will all add hp. I run a Crower cam and a set of ported E7 heads w/speed density. Hope this helps. Mike.
