i was wondering how the ride was with these??? i think there a 1.9 front and 1.7 in rear... i also heard that if i get the CC plates with these it helps with the handling is this true?????

The ride quality is pretty good... assuming your stock shocks & struts are in good condition.

The StangSuspension springs have a similar spring rate to the H&R Sport springs or Eibach Pro-Kit springs... not too stiff... progressive rate spring.

CC plates are a must for getting your front camber into spec after lowering. They will improve handling/performance as well by providing a more solid front strut mount... vs. your stock rubber bushings.
