ive heard of manual 99+ v6s keeping up with the automatic rx-8. they only have like 58 lbs of torque (or was it 158) for sum reason, the rx-7s were a lelluva lot faster than the current ones

That strage occurance is thanks to twin turbo. 255hp 217ft/lbs. 0-60 5.3sec 1/4 mile 14.0sec

My friend got a non S/C Crossfire (not the RT-6) last summer and put Borla on it with K&N filters and a chip. That thing is damn quick for a V6 and probably could have pulled on my GT...had he not put 2 subs in his trunk lol... he says it weighs him down haha. But those things are sweet, and they sound good for a V6, even without the Borla.
