If someone in an s2k is shifting at 6.5k then they should be racing civics, not mustangs hehe. S2k doesn't even hit vtec until 6k. Also, the newer s2k's are the same speed as the older s2k's. 04-06 s2k's usually dyno about 7-10 hp/tq higher but the 00-03 have higher redlines so it all evens out.
