Default dodge ram kill

This guy in a big white dodge ram thought he could race me I quess. I'm sitting at the light and he gets in the other lane. I had a feeling he was going to punch it. So, when the light turns green we both punched it. All I could see is his truck falling farther and farther behind with a big plume of black smoke lol. Must of been a deisel. I even toyed with him. I let him get in front of me, then I punch it to pass him, so he punches it but couldn't keep me from getting around him. All that nasty black smoke everytime he laid into it lol. He ended up turning off. I have to give him credit. He must of modded his truck, because he didn't do too bad.

i have seen a few dodge diesels in the low 12s..so it is possible that it was a "fast diesel"...

what do you have?

I've seen 2 F-350 turbo diesel "dualies", a dodge ram 3500 dually, and a chevy 3500 dually all run high 10's low 11's and are street driven. And I'm not talking about lowered and made more aerodynamic. I'm talking about 3 to 5" body lifts and off-road style tires. Street legal but nobby like they are dirt ready. Those are some serious sleepers. ha ha ha.

I have an 06 Mustang GT with C&L intake, underdrive pulleys, and diablosport tune for intake and 93 octane. Don't know what the guy had in his truck. Could have been stock for all I know, but it seemed quicker than what a stock would be.

i was running at edgewater or tristate a few years ago, and a jacked up 4wd CTD ram pulled into the box across from me, and although my car isnt all that fast, i assumed that i was going to beat him soundly. well, luckily i broke ...so i was spared the embarassment of getting pounded by a cummins ram...he ran something like a 12 flat...and i talke dto him after, and said that he had been into the mid 11s, but he was trying some new setup...and it wasnt tuned properly...

Yeah, I've heard about how they can turn up the boost on those turbos. Hard to believe a heavy truck can run that fast, but they can.

there was a guy at PRP with a newer F250 diesel, and all he had was exhaust and a power controller...and he was right around 14 flat...basically stock...he had tons of torque so it would come out of the hole great, then sort of flatten out...
