Default speed shifting

how bad it speed shifting for your drivetrain. i kno its bad but HOW bad is it?

I assume you are referring to shifting with your foot OFF the gas? This type of shifting is pretty bad for your car and you do run a minor risk of some serious damage but it isn't nearly as bad as powershifting (shifting while on the gas). I believe the majority of the stress is on the synchros when you power shift...

speed shifting=power shifting

most of the stress goes to the weakest point in your drivetrain, which will more often than not be the rear end or synchros. in my case it was the rear[:@]

too risky for me.. plus my runs arn't consistent enough to care about a tenth of a second.
