fly by = kill in the ricer world, i used to hag out with a ricer, and he used to fly by every loss and claim victory. ex. "The Z06 took off on me because of his v8, but i caught up at about 100 and past him like he wasen't moving"

do you ever think some people do fly bys because the race is so close that when you let off or hit the brakes to slow down they don't have enough time to react to what you did so they just "fly by"?

I love rolling to a light next to some 17 year old punk white boy bumping 50 cent, eating him by about 6 lengths and for some reason he thinks were still racing half a mile later.....

When they do the fly-bys they think they won. Thats when you hear the stories of how an Acura RSX pulls really hard in third gear or some dumb *** thing like that. They start telling each other that once they get into third they can smoke LS1's, GT's, pretty much anything.

You know when im in the T/A its kind of funny what some of those ricers do. The majority of them actually wont race me. Maybe its the cut-out or they just arent into racing, more into show. Though i dont know how you could use an old CRX as a show car, but whatever. Anyway most dont wanna race me. I went to a ricer get together my sister told me about and she told me the king of the ricers there had some POS running a 12.5 on slicks. So I went up and politely asked the guy if he wanted to run them. He looks over at my car and laughs and says "oh yeah, you must not know me or what i run." I was just like "ok, lets go have some fun." Well as hes getting into his junk wagon, i notice no slicks. So naturally im expecting the old "ill brb gotta go home and put my slicks on," but i guess he was still confident without them. Well we line-up and where sitting there for a few minutes. I can hear his friends or groupies whatever they are talking some **** on how your gonna see some American muscle get beat down. Well this was by far not one of my best launches, i spun kinda bad, but he did soe too. I could hear his turbo spooling and I actually did get outlaunched by a FWD by 1 1/2 cars. I wasnt even through first gear and i caught back up to him, by the end of 2nd I had about 2 cars on him, end of third produced another 3 more cars, and by the end of forth I couldnt even tell you what kinf od car i was racing anymore.
So we go back to the hangout and me and him bull-**** a little bit. He seemed so surprised that i beat him so easily. He asked my what i had and i told him just lid, filter, and cutout. He asked if i had nitrous, said nope. Anyway just thoguht i would share one of my expiriences with racing them. Oh, i also heard one of his groupies talking again about how my car has a V8 and i still almost lost to a 4 cylinder.
This goes back to the, well it was a good race. I hate ricers, have you guys seen the Fuel ***** video of imports suck?
