Someone tell me an edge V6 can take a (bone stock) 80something firebird...She claims its faster than that guys 76 trans am(who was scared to race me) but I know for a fact the T/A driver couldnt shift to save his life

 

Its going to depend. If yours is a manual you will take any 80's firebird except the Formula. They put out 210 HP with over 315lbs of torque. If its a formula, you will probably lose, anything else and you will win.

 

Not true because the Formula also came with a 305 TBI not all of them were the 350's. The 305TBI only had 170hp and the edge sixer will dominate it like a 12 year healthy boy in a foot race with a 96 year old crippled grandma.

 

My best friend's 03 V6 auto (take off GT exhuast with "true dual's") killed my friends 1978 Camaro z28 pretty handily. I think this is a win for the 6er

 

80's F body = 16 seconds.

 

Thats what I like to hear its a regular firebird not formula...and the trans am is a 76 with a horrible driver...easy win it sounds like?
