I don't think he was scared of you...He probably just didn't want to race a fella he knew he could beat....Many people are like that. C5 vettes are fast man...I don't think your 13.2 would be good enough..

Why is C&D rating the C6 at only 400 HP.. I know it's not Z06... but that WAY under-rated. If I had a Vette I wouldn't race it a street light unless the opponent gave me a cashiers check for the retail value of a new Vette.

 

C6 = LS2 with 400hp/400tq

ZO6 = LS6 with 405hp/400tq

C6 is shorter and lighter.

 

i live in florida and i see vettes every time i go on the road. most of the time the only people that are driving them are 70 year old men or some blonde chick thats in her 50s.

they wont race on the street. i pulled up to a c5 the other day at a light and got all antsy and kept looking at him but he didnt even look over at me. they just buy the car for looks and show and park it in there garage with there lincoln.

ive seen a few vipers around but havent got the chance to pull up to a street light yet.
you better beleve im all reving and gonna try and make him hit it lol.

I think he was scared!! If you dont drive that vette like a rental then that Black Mustang is gonna hurt him. 13.2 isnt that slow so the vette would really need to be on his game. Not saying the vette couldnt win just saying most people who own them wont drive it has hard was we do our Ruststangs.
