Babe, stock C5s run 13-13.2 stock, yes vettes are fast, but thats what they run... his 13.2 would be good enough... if it was a drop top, it would def be good enough....

He was scared.. no doubt. I tried to race a C5 once before. In fact it was the night I drove my newly purchased '00 GT home from the dealership and I was feeling all **** strong. Dude wouldn't have nothing to do with me, but I think in my case it was more or less because he knew he stomp my guts in the ground and didn't want to waste his time on me. LOL

Yeah most of the vette owners i know are either too old to care about racing or dont waste their time street racing because they know they are bad-asses and dont need to prove themselves in a Corvette.

 

Of course he has somethin to proove, or he wouldn't of bought a Vette

Vettes don't scare me, most of the vette guys are too stuck up to try a race most of them think their cars are faster than they really are , and god forbid they lose. Some are cool but most are like my neighbor, they wax it and only drive it once in a blue moon, its not like a C5 is a rare car or anything, if I had one I would beat the **** out it.
