i'll be happy to just hit 11s all day the first day i'm there with it on my daily driver Nitto tires. with the route i'm going and the power i'm going to be putting down, people have run 9s all day long, but i don't have the best driver mod in the world.

it put down 468RWHP / 435RWTQ. i'm going to look into a new rear end too. if i launch my car anywhere over like 3000rpm, i can kiss my axles goodbye.

It makes sense looking at your dyno sheet. You've got some pretty impressive numbers! What kind of boost are you running?
I'm at 395 with 08 PSI.

I had a race last night against a blown 05! Someone probably my age, mid 20s, with some chick out on rt 50. Just got my car tuned yesterday afternoon so my foot was heavy anyway.

Basically, we weren't racing just yet, just side by side and then he waved like "see-ya!" and took off to the next red light. You could hear the sexy whine. Pull up next to him and he's got his windows up smiling and rev'ing. Guess he couldn't hear my car over his constant rev'ing. Light goes green, he gets the jump, then I wizz by after I hit second. Tires weren't hookin for shat for either of us. Only went up to about 65 and I had a car and some change on him.

Next light he rolls his windows down and just says "What the hell is in that?" My reply was "A lot".

I'm happy with the car, but I still have a bunch more to do to it. Now that the block is in, fuel is my limiting factor. So that's next on the todo list.

13psi

i was wrong, it was 468 / 431

with the fuel system swap and a smaller pulley on the s-trim, i should be about 530. i should be well into the 600s after i get the t-trim though.

Damn!!![&:][&:][&:] bye bye 05/traction i guess.....

What are you going to do about the belt? (other than keeping a box in your trunk)
I heard the biggest issue with the vortech was to keep the belt on after 14 psi.

well, i have a 3.10 on there now. the absolute lowest my tuner said to go was like 2.80. from his experience, that's the lowest without slippage. i'll post a pic of my dyno eventually. there's no slippage at all in it right now. just a smooth curve.
