I'm so used to pedalling my car that getting used to the DR's took probably 3 launches. It seriously felt like a 50hp difference between the tires. I had a buddy in the car with me the first time I went through first gear and he grabbed whatever he could screaming his head off. I can only imagine what he would do if my car was actually fast LOL.

Kazp, I got the tires from someone on here locally for very cheap. I couldn't pass up the deal...

yeah the first time i had my nittos on, I was like omg so that's what first gear is suppose to feel like, haha...

 

I would go with a MT ET, but I got both tires for the price of one...

It was pretty cool. I know a lot of those closer-than-they-should-have-ever-friggin-been races from last summer would be a whole lot different now... Oh well!

It'll be interesting to see what I can do at the track. I bet I can squeeze a low 12 out of it now with just a 3.10 pulley & a driver mod.

 

i think that you should be able to find low 12s...what was your short time on that 12.583 run?

Thats a Hennessy Venom 650R. 514 CI with 590hp...RWhp. If its not that then its just an aftermarket spoiler i think.

 

the comp coupes used a different wing than that...im just too lazy to dig up a picture.

i think that hennessey also had a 1000hp model with the same wing...but i doubt its that one...

I have always preffered the sound of a V8 mustang over the V10 Viper. They just sound weird.
