i was messing with some guy i know in his mazda, windey backroads just runnin behind him i dunno how fast he was trying to go, but i kept up with him really well, better than i expected

how fast is the rx8 compared to my v6?
and it was wierd, he pulled farther away at straight aways, but he slowed down alot in turns

i dunno anythign about the mazdas any info?

 

They are overrated. I think they run high 14's , low 15's. Its the RX-7's you need to look out for.

 

Like already said, if he was a 6spd manual, he can hit 14's pretty easily, and would outrun you VERY easily in the twisties. So my guess is he wasnt trying his hardest to beat you in the twisties because he could have with ease.
