They can definatly be fast... if you have a truckload of money to spend.

There is simply no excuse to already have a full exaust and bolt on intake and a new turbo and run side by side with a stock SRT-4.

Sounds like a poor driver and poor running car to me man. I've seen tons of 3rd gen DSM's run low 8's at the local 1/8 track with nothing done but exhaust and a boost controller.

Looks weird just seeing them drive up and not burn out or anything, then just take off.

Trust me, you can't do that in a WRX/STi/EVO very long either. My buddies EVO just had a transmission replaced....after 4k miles.

Modded DSM's can be REALLY fast.
nope. no you cant. you will snap axles in the sti and gears in the wrx. evos just break. period.

Yea, after 2k miles he replaced the stock clutch, after 4k the stock tranny, and he still tells me it's the BESTEST CAR EVAR!!!!1
