lightning vs srt 10
i had an 01 lightning, stock, i raced an srt 10 , the owner said it had several mods but wouldn't tell me ( exhaust mod was obvious ) we raced at the track and i ran a high 13 and he ran a very low 14 ( i can't remember the exact times cause this was a year or so ago ) but i do remember my mph was almost 102 and his was only 100 . we ran twice and i won both times so it wasn't a fluke win. BTW the best time i ever ran was a 13.29 @ almost 104 on stock tireswith a 1.9 60 ft in absolutely perfect conditions
I'd still rather have a Syclone over both the Lightning and SRT10.
Those 3.8 motors are just factory flukes, and can be made stupid fast for pretty cheap.

A Lightningshould be able to win against a Quadcab SRT10, they're even heavier and have worse gearing.
I'd still rather have a Syclone over both the Lightning and SRT10.

Now if the SRT10 had a 4 speed like the extended cab SRT10's do, I think it would be very close.
