Yeah, they were really bad last year for that. One night I only made one pass, and it was after 10 pm because they kept the track open until they cleared out the staging lanes.
That is a lot of money though, even with 40-50 people...damn.

I dont understand why they raised the price on us. Last year was $40 per person. This year $75. That is rediculous.
But I dont care, it will be fun. You would drop $75 dollars at the bar without thinking twice...Rarely do you get to rent out a drag strip privately for 3 hours. So Ill pay the 75 for a rare occasion.

Actually the hogh 12 F-Bod runs are like the low 13 S4 runs. They happen from time to time, but under great conditions, and w/ great driving. I don't see how it's so hard to belive. They weigh a couple hundred more than an S197, have quite a bit more power, not much less torque, AWD, and good gearing...

scg87, I'm positive that it was the v8. I love the 6 banger turbo ones, I was actually looking to buy one. And I was crusing at about 80 when he tried to pass me, I'm sure if we went from a dig or slower I would have got walked but I can't imagine that the AWD system gets enough power to the wheels to move that car hard going from an 80 roll.
